It doesn't contradict the established "sixth year" (soil-salts correction, when she stopped being thought of as an apprentice) — physical familiarity plausibly predates professional parity — but it's an unearned specific that consistency-backfill should either adopt into sorrel.md or flag as disposable.
Scene 05 (and scenes 01–04) call Edwin's room "the study" throughout. Ch. redacted sentence: unpublished prose If the rename is intentional, it needs to be logged (canon still says "workroom" everywhere it cites ch. 002), and no later restaged scene should let "workroom" resurface.
The "three things on my list" structure, and specifically item two — Sorrel raising the Marsh Barton/Upper Wold fourteenth dispute, and Edwin deciding it ("Marsh Barton, 14th, dry") after she leaves — does not appear in ch. 002 at all. It's not a contradiction (it correctly closes the thread opened in scene 1: "You said you would decide" / "You'll decide it before you go up on the roof"), and the two-document handling (frost list on the side table vs. the decision written in the ledger under the Pellings entry) is exactly right per edwin.md's "two record series, not one" note. But it is new Established-track content that hasn't been backfilled anywhere — no canon file yet records that the fourteenth was decided on Day 1, which the timeline (timeline.md) and edwin.md/sorrel.md will eventually want.
