DRMacIver (the author, design authority) has ruled today, 2026-08-30, overruling the current sealed answer at its root:

Constraint accounting (from the old answer): 21 survived unchanged and binding, 7 were dropped with the superseded model, 9 are new. Every cross-answer guard survived and was re-issued verbatim; one was flagged as more exposed under the new mechanism and one as slightly heavier, and one long-standing fragile joint is dissolved outright rather than managed.
