Overview: These four scenes are exceptionally tightly sourced to established canon (chain figures, dates, headcounts, character quotes, and gear descriptions largely reuse or exactly reconstruct on-page material from notes/canon/world/silent-soil.md, timeline.md, redacted.md, and minor.md). I checked all date/day arithmetic, chain-figure arithmetic, mileage, headcounts, and dialogue attributions against canon. No hard contradictions were found. Drift / ambiguity

  1. Clue-ledger staleness. plans/book-01/clue-ledger.md unpublished is keyed to an older scene-numbering scheme (rewrite/book-01/arc-0N/scenes/, chapters 037–054) that does not correspond to the current draft/book-01/scenes/ numbering (01–89) these four scenes belong to. It cannot be used to verify clue-budget compliance for scenes 43–46 as currently numbered, and should be treated as not covering this stretch. This is a housekeeping gap, not a content error.
  2. SCENES.md's own binding note appears to misalign with the draft. The Act 2 binding block states "redacted redacted sentence: unpublished prose unpublished. The drafted scene 44 unpublished ("Where they stopped writing") contains no such clue — it is purely the Charter-board reading scene. Either the binding note's scene number is wrong, or a planned clue was dropped. Flag for author confirmation; not a contradiction of established canon, just a plan/draft mismatch worth resolving before assembly.
