Two mechanical merges.
GLOSSARY. Read notes/canon/world/farming-glossary.md (its entry format and its status notes) and the six addition files redacted: private The notes were then edited by a farming-check pass, so the AUTHORITATIVE source for what each note now explains is the note files themselves: draft/book-01/author-notes/*.md (bold Term items). publishing/chapters.json maps scenes to chapters (a note file is named after its chapter's first scene). Merge: add every term now explained in a note for chapters 19-58 that is not already in the glossary, in the glossary's own format, pointing at the chapter number and note file; drop proposed entries whose note item no longer exists (e.g. cave breathing at 58 and 73 was superseded by ch 21/scene 44 unpublished; "The fold" at 118 was replaced; "Stock refusing a patch" at 116 was cut; "Robert Marsham" at 110 was replaced by British Rainfall); record the deferred/unexplained terms the addition files list, in the glossary's deferred style; and re-point any existing entry marked as explained in a deleted-draft chapter (e.g. "explained (ch. 014)", "ch. 023") to the third-draft chapter whose note now explains it, or mark it "explained only in deleted draft; unexplained in the published sequence" if none does. redacted sentence: unpublished prose
PERSONA LOG. In notes/author.md, the section "Things the persona has said about themselves on the page" has a "Third draft" list keyed by "ch. NN" where NN was the SCENE number before regrouping (e.g. "ch. 33" = scene 33 = now chapter 15; "ch. 36" = scene 36 = now chapter 16). Re-key every third-draft entry as "scene NN (ch. MM)" using publishing/chapters.json (chapter MM is the one whose "scenes" list contains NN, and the note lives on the chapter's first scene file, so a claim in note file 48-... is scene 48 unpublished / ch 23). Verify each claim still exists in its note file (grep for it); mark any that no longer appears as "(no longer on the page)". Then add every autobiographical claim present in the notes for chapters 19-58 that is not yet logged; read every note file 41-... to 118-... and pick out first-person claims about the author's own life or experience. Known ones: 64 (torch on a night worm count), 66 (Dutch water line sympathies), 71 (straps with two or three hands' repairs), 88 (year's work lost to labels), 96 (peat cores out of order), 104 (scored plots blind, wrong about two), 112 (taught hand texturing in the rain; two seasons; recites the tests), 118 (carried hazel hurdles two at a time). Some may already have been added by another agent; do not duplicate.
Report: the count of glossary entries added, re-pointed, and deferred; the persona entries re-keyed and added; anything you could not resolve.

I've launched a sonnet subagent to perform both mechanical merges (glossary and persona log). This is a large task involving cross-referencing ~40 note files against six proposal files, chapters.json, and existing glossary/author.md content, so I'll wait for it to complete and report back with the counts once it finishes.
β background task finished β Agent "Merge glossary additions and persona log entries" finished
Both merges are done (files edited, not committed β per instructions I didn't run git).
pan, hay that heats, the drove, thin in the bite still owed); dated status paragraph added at top.2. Persona log (notes/author.md)
Files changed: redacted/notes/canon/world/farming-glossary.md, redacted/notes/author.md. Nothing committed β let me know if you want me to commit these.
