Findings

2. Contradiction: "redacted's registers say eleven went first" vs. plot 14 established as the origin plot.

Minimal fix: flip the attribution — redacted's registers (and the record) say fourteen went first; if a genuine unresolved disagreement between sources is wanted, it should not be sourced to the registers themselves.

3. Misattribution: "The Fellowship's three at the Twelve Foot" vs. redacted sentence: unpublished prose
