CONTRADICTIONS with existing canon (quote both sides, name the canon file and approx line/section).
OPEN QUESTIONS from notes/canon/deferred-questions.md unpublished that the scene touches, and whether it resolves one.
CORNER-WATCH: anything the scene commits to that would constrain future books (hard numbers, absolute statements, world-scale facts).

IMPORTANT: Do not include anything about the cause or nature of the "silent soil" mystery — skip that topic entirely, do not read notes/sealed/.

Organize your final output BY CANON TARGET FILE (e.g. redacted sentence: unpublished prose — use whatever files in notes/canon/ are the natural target). Within each file heading, give terse bullets with scene citations (scene number + short quote). Be exhaustive on facts, terse in wording.
