Follow the extraction half of .claude/skills/consistency-backfill/SKILL.md (read it first) for scenes draft/book-01/scenes/73-.md through 89-.md. Read all of notes/canon//*.md first (system.md, characters/, world/, deferred-beats.md, deferred-questions.md, README.md for claim levels).
For each scene, produce:
- ESTABLISHED FACTS the scene states that canon does not yet record (with the exact quote and scene number): names, roles, ages, places, distances, prices, dates/days, System text (Skill/Level boxes verbatim), procedures, who-knows-what.
- IMPLICATIONS beyond what it states (character history, geography, economy, institutions, magic mechanics) that canon should hold as Working claims.
- CONTRADICTIONS with existing canon (quote both sides, name the canon file and line).
- OPEN QUESTIONS the scene touches (from deferred-questions.md) and whether it resolves one.
Write the result to redacted: private organised by canon target file (e.g. "## characters/peri.md", "## world/timeline.md", "## world/dungeons.md", "## characters/minor.md") so a later pass can apply it file by file; within each, bullets with scene citations. Be exhaustive on facts, terse in wording. Do not include anything about the cause of redacted.
Report back only: the output path, the number of facts/implications/contradictions, and the three most important contradictions in one line each.

Scope note: scenes 73–89 turn out to be the third-draft prose of already-Established Arc-2-tail events (the Holm Deep delve and its aftermath, previously cited to now-deleted "ch. 018–021"), so most of the pass is confirmation, not new territory — but there's real new material.
