Repo: redacted (a novel). Read-only on the repo: do not edit repo files, do not run git, never read notes/sealed/.

Follow the extraction half of .claude/skills/consistency-backfill/SKILL.md (read it first) for scenes draft/book-01/scenes/105-.md through 118-.md. Read all of notes/canon//*.md first (system.md, characters/, world/, deferred-beats.md, deferred-questions.md, README.md for claim levels).

For each scene, produce:

  1. ESTABLISHED FACTS the scene states that canon does not yet record (with the exact quote and scene number): names, roles, ages, places, distances, prices, dates/days, System text (Skill/Level boxes verbatim), procedures, who-knows-what.
  2. IMPLICATIONS beyond what it states (character history, geography, economy, institutions, magic mechanics) that canon should hold as Working claims.
  3. CONTRADICTIONS with existing canon (quote both sides, name the canon file and line).
  4. OPEN QUESTIONS the scene touches (from deferred-questions.md) and whether it resolves one.

Write the result to redacted: private organised by canon target file (e.g. redacted sentence: unpublished prose Be exhaustive on facts, terse in wording. Do not include anything about the cause of redacted.

Report back only: the output path, the number of facts/implications/contradictions, and the three most important contradictions in one line each.

All three extraction agents are running in the background (scenes 105-109, 110-114, 115-118). I'll wait for their completion notifications before merging into the final organized report.

The merge produced a reasonable grouped file, though headings varied slightly across sub-agents (e.g. world/timeline.md vs world/timeline.md (dates/sequence)) so grouping is approximate but usable — the content is preserved and organized by canon file for a later apply pass.

Extraction complete.

Output: redacted: private(merged from three sub-passes covering scenes 105-109, 110-114, 115-118; organized by canon target file — some heading variants weren't fully coalesced, e.g.world/timeline.md appears under a couple of slightly different headings, but all content is present).

Rough totals: ~183 bullet lines across the three passes; combined roughly 125-130 established facts, ~30 implications/corner-watch items, and 4 contradictions flagged.

Three most important contradictions:

  1. Scene 110 unpublished's class-level box reads [Agent of Fate — Level 10/11] at/near the Day-82 seventieth-entry beat, directly conflicting with the still-recorded Level 26 figure in system.md/peri.md/timeline.md for the same beat (canon already flags the old figure as superseded and awaiting replacement — this scene supplies the new number).
  2. timeline.md's Day 81 entry describes Edwin's committee letter as "five-sentence," but scene 109 unpublished states and quotes a three-sentence letter in full.
  3. Scene 115 unpublished's redacted-box date ("5 Saltmonth") sits awkwardly against canon's "opened 18 Saltmonth" figure — likely two different actions (needs an editor check against ch. 031), plus a softer tension: scene 117 unpublished's grazing-ground yielding the same "yard-a-day" rate as tilled arable pushes against the already-ruled ground-dependent-rate finding (arable fast, old permanent grass slow) in timeline.md.

Also flagged: "the Blackrow" (scene 114 unpublished) has no hits anywhere in notes/canon/ — a possible dangling callback worth a look.
